Count of words in Word 2007 and count in 2003 are different
Count of words in Word 2007 yields a different result than that in Word 2003.

Hi Gabi,
Can you provide a specific example where you're using the same wording, language formatting applied to the text and the same font? =============== "Gabi" wrote in message ... Thank you for the good will. I finally realised that it is our mistake rather than any discrepancy between versions.
