Default Once a day recent documents Word/ Excel 2010 disappear

Problem:

Recent document list disappear once a day. After reboot the list is available again. Time off disappearing is random.

After the recent document list disappear, the Word/Excel files created will be visable in a new recent document list, in a later session (after reboot) the old recent document list wich was disappeard is visable again and the new recent documents are not added and visable

-When the problem occurs it looks like Microsoft doesn't look at the recent list in the registry any more.
-When opening Excel/Word the recent list is not loaded by word (. exe).
-There would be business in the profile may be present so that the use of the registry by word and excel tav recents.
-The problem is not system dependent.
