We are restructuring our filing structure. We want to collect metadata on
documents, is there a way to force metadata collection by having the document
properties required before you can save?

Thanks

I believe it would require some VBA to *force* the use of Properties, but you
can 'coax' the users by making sure they have the box checked in
ToolsOptionsSave - Prompt for Document Properties.
