Default direction on creating form

Hello,

I have a document that has questions and then a line
(created by using the underline key) for the answer. I
would like the capability to type in the answers on the
doc but do not want to lose the line for visual appeal.
Is this possible?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Regards.
