Default change all caps in text to small lettering using find and replace.

How can one change text from all caps to small lettering, using the "Find and
Replace" feature in Word 2003?
Example...JTC in text changed to Jackson State College
The above example changes the JTC to JACKSON STATE COLLEGE; I have tried
changing the JTC to xxx, then changing xxx to Jackson State College, but
nothing appears to work. Thanks for any assistance

In the Find & Replace dialog, click on More. Select the Match Case
checkbox, and then Replace will use title case as you entered it.

Hi,
I think I know what you mean. Select the word, right click...select the
fancy A button which lets you alter the text. Hve a look in there to see if
you have ticked the all caps box, if it is untick it.
I got stuck on the same thing for a while.

Don't know what happened to my last post but here goes.

Highlight the word/sentence you wish to change text format and hit
SHIFT F3 This will toggled you through FORMAT/CHANGE CASE dropdown.
Cheers
