Can I do a mail merge on self printed postcards?
I do mails with postcards that I print at home. I would like to be able to
print the address directly onto the postcards. Is that possible? |

Can I do a mail merge on self printed postcards?
If your printer can handle the post cards, then you should be able to print
on them. I they are individual cards, then a formletter type mailmerge main document should be used in which the page size matches the cards. If there are multiple cards to a page, locate a label template (ToolsLetters and MailingsEnvelopes and LabelsLabelsOptions) that matches the size and layout of the labels (or modify one of the existing templates to suite) and then use a label type mailmerge. See the article "Mailmerge Labels with Word XP" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "the jewelry lady" the jewelry wrote in message ...
