1) Using numbered paragraphs numbered a), b) c) etc.
For each Header 2 level I want the number seq to restart at a).
This doesn't always happen! No matter what I do a number of sections start
at b) then c) . . .? Using the process of Restart Number then Undo - usually
resets to a).

2) I have to share the document with other teams members so created a master
and a number of sub documents split at Header level 1.
Individual documents have the Header 2 levels starting at a), b) etc (apart
from problem described above).
When they are included in master document the restart at each section
doesn't work! Don't want to have to keep going in and reset / type the
paragraphs!

Any ideas / help apreciated
