Has anyone ever experienced a problem printing a tracked document, which has
been revised by several parties, and emailed on numerous occasions? The problem we are coming across is that it prints fine black and white, but goes corrupt when printing to a colour printer. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. |

I have experienced a lot of weird stuff with documents that have been emailed to and fro (it's a good idea to zip Word files when mailing), without Tracked Changes on or off. Mostly, Tracking on different versions of Word has led to a lot of grief (think Word 97 and 2000 and 2002). Add to that different user behavior (you know, some using styles, some direct formatting, etc.). Not the kind of problem you are describing above, though. What exactly happens when you say "goes corrupt?" 2cents Robert -- /"\ ASCII Ribbon Campaign | MS \ / | MVP X Against HTML | for / \ in e-mail & news | Word |
