HOW TO HAVE MACRO TYPE EMAIL ADDRESSES?
I want to create macros that will type in my email addresses
automatically--I'm tired of typing in long email addresses. [Don't want to use "self-complete features"--prefer to use macros.] Would appreciate your help, or a referral to the best person to help me. Many thanks. Pete |

You can record macros for this purpose (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/UsingRecorder.htm), but that is really a very wasteful way to accomplish a task for which AutoCorrect and AutoText were specifically designed. See http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customization/AutoCorrect.htm and http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/AutoText.htm -- Suzanne S.
