Default Text boxes move when opened in email

How do I lock a flyer/newsletter so that the text boxes won't move when
opened by by recipient via email?

Look for one of the free or cheap acrobat clones, and turn it into a PDF.
Google, or look for cutepdf or pdf1995, I think are some names people have
recommended. PDF is a much better format for electronic distribution than
Word, especially with something like a newsletter that people will not be
trying to edit.
