Default Create template for contract form to be used repeatedly

I wish to be able to complete the form on the computer, using the template,
for each customer,and then print it for mailing, Instead, I get a form
exactly like my word document which cannot be filled in on-screen without
changing the whole page. I am using Microsoft XL Word. An example of what I
want is in the FAX Template that came with the software.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
