Default how to copy and paste word.doc

What is the best way to copy and paste a resume from Office 2000 word.doc to an
employer's application form in CareerBuilders.com or Monster.com without
sending
an attachment?

I'm not familiar with the sites. If they accept html code you could save
your resume as html and then open it in notepad and copy the code.
Otherwise, select, copy, go to web page, paste?
