How do I set a text field in word FORM as mandatory
I have designed a simple form in Word that colleagues will be emailed, asked
to complete and return. I would like to set some of the fields as mandatory i.e. - that they wouldn't be permitted to move to the next field, or complete the form unelss they had answered specific questions. Is there a function to do this on Word? Thank you in anticipation. |

It can be done but requires macros. You have no control over whether users
will allow macros to run http://www.gmayor.com/formfieldmacros.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Lindsey wrote: I have designed a simple form in Word that colleagues will be emailed, asked to complete and return.
