how do i repeat word over and over without copy/paste function?
on page of doc, would like to repeat a word over and over without having to
do copy/paste function, I believe at one time I had done this with ctrl R, but doesnt do that for me anymore.....so, not sure.... |

You want to do a header, I believe.
Go to View/Header and Footer. ctrl-R right-justifies text. |

To repeat, text and/or functions, try F4 (note that not all functions will be
repeated but it does many which is very useful indeed). Repeating same information from one page to another, could be Header&Footer as described by Niniel. Also Repeating Data, have a look at: See http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm Specifically the Bookmarks and StyleRefs.
