Default Word Resizes Image

I am really frustrated I have recently installed Word XP (Office XP). I dont
know why MS Word XP is resizing all my images. I save my images in JPEG
format using Adobe Photoshop. Then to print all the images withtin one page,
set up everything and all I open Word XP. The problem is when I click on
Insert|Pictures|From File... and select the JPEG image word makes it all
large and unclear. Then I have to go into settings for the image and then on
Size tab to change the size to around 74%. Now the image almost comes back to
its original size but yet there are some uncear parts since the image has
text. I tried opening the image with Windows Picture And Fax Viewer and it
displays perfectly with that. I also saved the jpeg image with 12 quality in
adobe (best quality). This never happened with word 2000. Pls help me.
