Default Need quick "text paste only" option desperately in Word - BEFOREHA

The major problem is that busy executives and students such as myself cut and
paste items, and need to do so for text only (90% of the time). It is an
extreme waste of an executives time to wait 10 seconds for all of the
associated hyperlinks and irrelevant garbage to be summoned and dragged along
with it, only to select "text paste only" at the end. When I am repeatedly
pasting words into a paper, this easily can waste 10 minutes or more. Time is
everything in business. An analogy would be the "Paste Special" option in
Excel, where you can opt out for a simple, quick text paste.
