Missing Spaces when transferring a document between users
We have a document that has been sent out to an independent contractor for proper formatting and design. She apparently is making the changes by adjusting "rules" in Word. When she prints or PDFs the document from her end everything looks correct. When we receive the document and open it the spacing between words is incorrect. About one space every 3-4 lines is missing and words are pushed together. The newly combined words aren't underlined to signify that they are misspelled. Everyone is using Word 2007. The document is saved as a docx instead of a template. Does this make a difference? Is that why the "rules" she creates for the document are not showing up on everyone else's version? -- Markn84 |
