I have document with page number a-1,a-2 ..., b-1,b-2... Inorder to
generate TOC with the Page number with alphabets, i have used an
heading style with chapter number as a,b ....

when i generate TOC, some of the pages not generated as b-10, b-11. But
mostly all the pages are generated with chapter number. somehow only i
found two cases which is not geneared with chaper number.

Please help me to fix this problem
