Default preview in Word looks fine but when printed is missing data

Using an emported excel table to word - minor adjustments to formatting
evrything in print preview look great, but when printed the right edge of the
data in the columns is cut off- what am I doing wrong how can I fix this

Using an emported excel table to word - minor adjustments to formatting
evrything in print preview look great, but when printed the right edge of the
data in the columns is cut off- what am I doing wrong how can I fix this

You can try updating your graphics card and printer drivers with the newest
versiosn from the manufacturers' websites.

The other thing to try would be to copy the table as a picture in Excel, and
using Edit/Paste Special in Word to experiment with different formats until you
find one that works on your configuration. Hold SHIFT when clicking the Edit
menu to get "Copy picture" command in Excel.

Thanks Cindy I can't get a new graphics card or new printer - small office
but will actually try to update the drivers if they are any - old laser
printer. I actually ended up doing some minor formating in excel first then
imported it to word and just told my boss this is how its going to look
but now I think they have change the item again so I wasted an hour or so of
my time. I will try to remember what you suggested for next.
