How do I move text in a letter
It is called cut and paste. Select the text you want to move with your mouse
(highlight it). Then click on it and drag it where you want it to be. If that doesn't work, while the text is highlighted, press Ctrl-X to cut it. Click your mouse where you want it and press Ctrl-V to paste it. The cut and paste commands are also available by clicking on the right button on your mouse. http://addbalance.com/usersguide/basic_formatting.htm -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
