Endnote numbers indicate the deleted notes; how to renumber them?
While editing a text, I noticed that there are gaps between endnote numbers
which correspond to the gaps in endnotes texts, for instance there is no endonote 7, 12, 34 etc. It appears that I cannot renumber them, even by copying the text and removing all endnotes by using REPLACE. What can I do? |

If you are tracking changes in the document, then you will need
to accept all tracked changes. kasia wrote: While editing a text, I noticed that there are gaps between endnote numbers which correspond to the gaps in endnotes texts, for instance there is no endonote 7, 12, 34 etc. It appears that I cannot renumber them, even by copying the text and removing all endnotes by using REPLACE.
