Hello, Past MS Word versions allowed one to change all mistakes in a document
by clicking on "change all." I can't find that option anywhere in 2007.
Please help! I am in the position of having to add a space after every period
I've used at the end of a sentence in a long document, one-by-one. Thanks

It is on the Review Tab, Proofing Group, Spelling & Grammar control.
Still this will not be of much help with your current issue. "Change
All" in Word 2007 as in previous versions is not enabled for
grammatical error flags.

You can use Find and Replace to Find all instances of sentence full
stop (.!?) space and replace with sentence full stop (.!?) space
space, but that can lead to undesirable results if you have words like
Mr., Dr., etc. in your document. You might find the following useful:

It contains a macro for automatically adding two spaces after a
sentence full stop (.!?).

P.S.

I am thinking of renaming the macro in the above link to

Hi Greg, Thanks so much for your time and information. I marked this in
error as not answered, because I still didn't see the option for "Change All"
as opposed to just "Change" on Review Tab, Proofing Group, Spelling & Grammar
control. Then I realized, after reading your full reply, that it was
Find/Replace where I've used a Change All, not in Grammar Edit! Yikes! I
apologize, tried to go back and check "Yes" for answered, but unable to do
so. Anyway, I'm going to do a sweeping F/R, and then clean up with the Mr and
Dr's -- I have to read it over, anyway. Thanks again, I'll check out the
macro later.

Leilani,

Not enabled was a poor choice of words. Not there for gramatical error
flags is more correct. It is there for spelling error flags. For example,
type:

Wie came. Wie saw. Wie conquered.


You will see all three "Wie" flagged and the option to "Change All" in the
Spelling and Grammar dialog.

Don't worry about the MS Feedback. I am not looking for gold stars ;-)
