Default Do not check spelling or grammar

In Word 2000 there was a setting under languages "Do not check spelling or
grammar". That no longer exists. Is there a field code that can be
inserted to tag text not to be spell checked? Are their other options?

Thanks, Will

Found:
On the Review tab on the Ribbon
In the proofing section
Click the Set Language tool
The dialog box and the feature is the same as the earlier versions of Word.
