Default Grouping problem

I'm using http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=211303, but I'm not getting all
the records presented on one page.

I'm using Word 2007 and a MYSQL connection. This works fine, but the
grouping of record is a problem.

See fellow MVP Macropod's "Word 97-2007 Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge
Tutorial" at:
http://www.wopr.com/index.php?showtopic=731107
or
http://www.gmayor.com/Zips/Catalogue%20Mailmerge.zip
Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included
with it as you must get the mail merge main document set up exactly as
required.

Hope this helps.

Default Grouping problem

Hi Wim,

Are you sure you've setup the mailmerge as a *Directory* merge?

Note too that the field code in the MSKB article adds an unnecessary extra space between the records when using Excel data sources -
the field code in my tutorial doesn't.

Thanx Doug and macropod, very good tutorial. With the 'directory' option the
problem is solved. Again, thank you.
