I need to find an application for employment that is specific to truck
drivers. They include fields for accident history, traffic
citations/convictions, and driving experience. I am using microsoft word

Of course, women can be truck drivers, too! This is just another stereotype about truckers - that only men can be! Don't forget women are at times more attentive and careful than most men.
