Default restart heading numbering for each new section

Is there a way to reset the heading numbering (multivel) at the begining of
each new section? i.e.

Section 1
1 (heading 1 style)
1.1 (heading 2 style)
2 (heading 1 style)
2.1 (heading 2 style)

Section 2
1 (heading 1 style)
1.1 (heading 2 style)
2 (heading 1 style)
2.1 (heading 2 style)

Section 3
etc....

Thanks
Yann

I would set "Heading 1" as the style for the Section heading, H2 gets
numbered 1,2,3, H3 1,2,3 and includes the number from H2, etc.
