Default Controlled Drop Down Lists

Is there any way to have 2 drop down lists, having the first list selection
control what is selectable in the second list?

For example, if you choose "house" in the first drop down list, the second
list will show the choices of Window, Door, Wall. But if you choose "car" in
the first list, the second list will show the choices of Windshield, Wipers,
Bumbers.
