I am merging information from an excel file, but it is not seeing all of the
information. I want it to select date from this week, but when I look at
select receipients it only shows information up to may of this year.

Any ideas on how to list all my receipient.?

Make sure that there are no blank (maybe hidden) rows in your datasource.
The process of importing the data will stop when it encounters a blank row.
