Default Office solution deployment on sharepoint

I am geeting problem to deploy the office word,Excel Solutionson sharepoint.
The problem description is as following:
The Office solutions can be deployed easily to any desktop and can be run
from any location of the desktop. When the same solution is being deployed at
the SharePoint, Following errors occur.

1. The customization assembly could not be found or could not be loaded.
2. The current .NET security policy does not permit document to load
custom macros. Do not change the security policy in your computer. The .NET
security policy is controlled by your administrator or the developer who
wrote the custom macros. You can still edit and save the document. Contact
your administrator or the author of this document for further assistance.
