I am moving out of the country and just got satellite service that states I
have to pay $150 if I discontinue service before the year is up. I was told
by DirectTV to write a grievance letter to dispute it since they do not
provide service in Spain, or to at least reduce the fee.
Anyone out there have one I can use, please?

This group does not deal with the content of Word documents. I would suggest
reading your contract again, write the letter based on the terms of the
contract, and be prepared to pay the $150.
