Default Convert an OpenOffice .sxw file to MS Word?

I have an OpenOffice text file with a file extension of .sxw and would like
to read it in MS Word. Is there a conversion program available to do it?

Microsoft did not include a converter (there could be a number of
reasons but I'd really have to speculate).

IOW, the conversion program is -- OpenOffice.
