Word- Track Changes
Hi folks, I have another one for ya. Is there a way to assign certain
colors to different users that make changes to a word document under the track changes option? I have a user that shares a Word Document with 4-5 other people and she would like to know who is making what changes by color. Is this even possible?? |

Word- Track Changes
In the Tools Options Track Changes dialog, you can select "By Author" in
each of the color boxes. But you can't assign particular colors to specific reviewers, and the colors may even change each time you reopen the document.
