Modifying the way Word opens
I want to modify the way Word starts from my Windows Quick Launch icons,
so that it doesn't open with a blank new document. First question - is it possible to modify the default quicklaunch icon for Word to add a command switch? I can't see any way of doing this. For example I would like to modify it to include the /w switch - or do I have to make a new shortcut? Second - Opening Word with the template dialogue open? can't find the switch to do this in help Third - with the Open dialogue opened? Ditto - can't find a command switch for this. Many thanks.
