Default What word entered wil automatically tproduce text for training

What word can be entered in Word that will automatically produce a paragraph
of text. I am a tutor and have forgotten the word, this was useful for
training purposes

At the start of a new paragraph, type

=rand()

and press Enter. There's more about this at

You can also type an entire paragraph of text, select it, click on INSERT in
the menu and select AutoText, select NEW from the cascade menu and enter the
character string you want to user to invoke the text.

That is, if =Rand() is not necessarily what you're looking for.
