Default Displaying Two Decimal Places in Merged Excel Data

Hi

I would like to merge numerical data from Excel which has been formatted as
£1,000.10 in a Word doc. When I do this however in the Word doc it does not
display .10 but .1 even though it has been formatted in Excel to show two
characters after the decimal Point?

Any help most appreciated!

The formatting in Excel is irrelevant. Add a formatting switch to the Word
field

{Mergefield Fieldname \# "£,0.00" }
