Default mirroring/duplicating text on last lines of page to next page

At the end of my 1st page the last paragraph (6lines of info) is beging
duplicated onto the next page. When I select and delete the info, both sets
of info disappear. Thought maybe this was just figment of my imagination, so
I printed the 2nd page and the info does print out.
I asked for help last week submitting the duplicating question, but did not
hear from any other users.

You were given THREE answers - all the same. This is undoubtedly either a
graphics driver or printer driver problem. Make sure that you have the
latest drivers and reinstall both.

But he's probably not seeing any of them in the Web interface.

Is it broken? I'm seriously thinking of giving all this up if MS don't stop
pushing those crap web forums. They are horrible to use and don't work
reliably. If they turn out like some other web forums, they be proliferated
with ads.

It's been broken since the beginning of the month; no replies posted via
NNTP are being propagated to the Web interface (though they're showing up in
Google Groups just fine).
