Ask in an OUTLOOK, instead of a Word group?

Subject: Where is "Arrange by conversation" in Outlook 2003?

Hi,

I am trying to follow a good advice I got on this group and arrange my in/out mail by conversation (tree view). But I can't find where this option is - can anybody tell me where it is?
