Default Microsoft templates/forms

When creating a forms template in word, How can I create a field/formula that
will repeat previously enter data? i.e., for instance a name. Can I have the
user type it in once and then set the rest of the fields to look at that
entry and repeat throughout the document where applicable? Not sure if this
is possible at all. I can't seem to find anything about it anywhere.

What you need is a cross-reference to the bookmark of the form field. See
