Default Find and Replace a line drawn in Word with black space.

I have a Word document that has many graphic lines in it that were drawn
with the line tool. How do I find and replace these lines with a blank space
using the find and replace function in Word?

Any assistance is deeply appreciated.

Hi Frank,

I'm afraid Find/Replace won't work with Drawing lines. And since drawn objects
are in a different layer of the document than the text, there's no simple way
to "replace" them with a space. Perhaps a macro that would color them white or
remove the color? Or just delete them?
