i deleted words 2003 by mistake. it was on computer when i bought , how do i
get back

It's rather difficult to delete Word by mistake, since it would need to be
uninstalled, not merely deleted. Are you sure you did, and didn't delete the
shortcut to it, instead?

If it's still installed, you can restore the shortcut(s) to it by repairing
it... which you do from Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs.
