Default How do I make autocorrect changes apply to new documents?

when i make additions to autocorrect, eg. gp to General Practitioner, they
are not carried over to new documents, or into documents sent as attachments

AutoCorrection corrections are made only as you type; they cannot be applied
retroactively. But you could use Find and Replace to replace gp with General
Practitioner. Make sure you check "Whole word" and "Match case."
