Line spacing changes on different computers.
A document is created in Word on a computer with line spacing 1.5, when a
scond person opens the same document on a different computer, the spacing turns out to be single. Line spacing is varying on almost every other computer. How can I keep the line spacing fixed in the documents. |

If you mean that the definition of a style is changing from one computer to
the next (Format Style Modify Format Paragraph Line Spacing changes) the only way that can happen is if the following are true: 1. The underlying template is present on both machines (e.g. Normal.dot). 2. The style definition in that template differs from one machine to the next. 3. Tools Templates and Add-Ins Automatically update document styles is checked. The simple fix is to clear this check box. It's also good to keep commonly-shared templates in synch. It's also good to create a separate template (not Normal.dot) for each type of document you intend to create and distribute to other authors.
