Default Can a picture be inserted as a fill-in form?

I have created a protected form (template) to fill-in. I want the user to be
able to insert a jpg but the only options I see are for text (text box, drop
down, or check box).

I have a drop down yes or no box. If they answer yes I want them attached a
logo (insert a picture).

Does anyone know if and how I would accomplish this?

Divide the document into sections. Put all the form fields into one section,
and protect only that section. The user can do what they like (including
inserted logos) in the unprotected section(s).
