Default Word 2003 to Outlook 2003 (create body content)

Hello everyone

I set up a "mass"-mail in Word 2003 to invite customers to an event.
Main document setup of the Word file is "E-mail messages", and the word file
is connected to an Excel-database.

The word file also contains "mergefields" for name and address of the e-mail
recipients.

Now I would like to add a hyperlink sothat the recipients can answer the
invitation e-mail (wheter they join the event or not).

Hyperlink-Code so far is like (example):
Subject line: We%20will%20join&body=%0A%0ASee%20you%0A%0A&mergef ieldName

Now the last section &mergefieldName should automatically give the
recipients name at the end of the mail. but this code is wrong, it does not
work yet.
Any idea?

Thanks a lot.
