I have several text boxes that show up when I print my document, but I can
not see them on the screen. How can I get rid of these "ghost" text boxes?

Try looking in your header and footer. Also, go to Tools | Options | View
and deselect picture placeholders.

Also, make sure you aren't in Normal View - text boxes aren't visible there,
but can be seen in Print Layout View. In Print Preview you can click the
Magnifier button to switch into editing mode & edit them there if they *are*
on the text layer.
