Merge to email reverses the order of email address with addressed
I'm using Microsoft Word & Excel 2003. When merging to email from an excel
list the letters sent reverse the order so that individuals are sent but with someone elses name & and address on the top. I've checked the list in Excel and also via the mail merge wizard and it all appears correct but when I merge to email they get mixed up. How do I stop this happening. -- Rosalie |

No idea what's happening there. What happens if you copy/paste your Excel
sheet into a new Word document, then use that as a data source? -- Peter Jamieson http://tips.pjmsn.me.uk "Rosalie" wrote in message ... I'm using Microsoft Word & Excel 2003.
