Q: insert comment

Is it possible to type comment inside the text instead of right hand side in a box? Thanks, Jim. |

Not really. You can disable balloons, but then the comment will appear only
in the Reviewing pane and in a ScreenTip when you mouse over its location. -- Suzanne S.
