Default Address Line Format for Mail Merge

Doing a mail merge in Word 2003.

The first line of the address line is indented one space on the mail merged
letters. This is the line which has the name.

Question: How can I eliminate the indent of the one space in the first
address line (the name line.)

Does anyone know the answer?

The indent must be either in the maindocument or in the mailmerge datasource
so you will need to eliminate it from which ever one it is in.

I suppose another possibility is that you are using the Address Block and
there is an indent in that. If that is the case, rather than use the
Address Block, just insert the individual merge fields in the configuration
that you desire.

Hope this helps.
