docproperty - number formatting
Hi, how do I format the DocProperty output for numbers? For example, I have
a field that gives the version number of the document (based on a custom property), it displays as 2.20000000000000, is there a switch I can use to just display it as 2.2. When I look at the Custom Property under File - Properties, the version displays correctly as 2.2. But when outputting to a field, it displays as 2.20000000000000. Thanks in advance |

I figured it out, I had a look at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/as...862261033.aspx and modified that field example to suit my document. I used: DOCPROPERTY Version0 \##.# This formats it to 2.2 and gets rid of the excess 0's.
