Default 2 Excel Workshts in Word - Can you link them?

I'm designing a quote form for my company. In the quote form I insterted a
oblject (A excel worksheet) that's the area we fill in our products
information. Right underneath the quote I insterted another excel worksheet
object. On the top worksheet when you type in a word I want it to fill in on
the second worksheet, is there a way to link them so that is possible. Thank
you!

Double-click the Excel Worksheet to open it in Excel, copy it and then do a
paste special and select link.
